You should have a first or upper second class honours degree in a management or social sciences related discipline. In exceptional circumstances, students with a lower second class honours degree with demonstrable knowledge of their subject matter may be admitted at the department's discretion. Each applicant will be expected to write a short research proposal outlining the intended focus of their MRes studies. A formal registration interview/viva will be held for each candidate. The interview may take place face-to-face or via video conference as required.

This Masters by Research (MRes) programme is a highly flexible taught postgraduate award, designed to provide intensive research training, as well as the opportunity to work on a dissertation project under the supervision of experts in your selected area of study.
