To join this programme you should have a first or upper second class honours degree in a management or social sciences related discipline. In exceptional circumstances, students with a lower second class honours degree who possess demonstrable knowledge of their subject matter may be admitted at the department's discretion.

The programme is particularly suitable if you are aspiring to a career with a significant focus on management and/or organisational development.
The programme will provide you with a strong foundation for a career in management and immerse you in contemporary business practice. You will learn how to lead innovation within an organisational context and develop advanced research techniques relevant to modern management. In addition, you will enhance a range of transferable skills which allow you to work autonomously, plan and manage a substantial project, as well as collate, synthesise and communicate complex information effectively.
