Entry requirements Minimum Requirements: UK 2.2 or equivalent English Language Candidates whose normal medium of education and work has not been English, will normally be required to present evidence of competence in English as demonstrated by a pass at IELTS level 6.0 (with no element less than 5.5). Additional Information: If you do not have the necessary formal entry qualifications, the University's flexible entry policy considers credit transfer and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), including work-based experience and credits from recognised professional bodies

Graduates will gain exemptions from the two most relevant risk-related qualification awarding professional bodies in the UK – the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and the Institute of Risk Management (IRM).
The management of risk, in an increasingly complex and rapidly changing business environment, requires a broad range of skills, knowledge and experience. Our MSc Risk Management degree offers practitioners in risk management, and related areas, the opportunity to update or enhance your skills and knowledge by achieving a high quality, postgraduate qualification either through our well-established distance learning programme or here on-campus.
