Developed with the support of the CITB, the programme is accredited by four distinct professional bodies: the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS); Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB); Project Management Institute (PMI); and Association for Project Management (APM); It offers a choice of modules covering the wide variety of skills that modern construction professionals need.

The programme offers a wide choice of modules which cover the skills that modern construction professionals need in order to meet the challenges of the industry. The programme allows you the scope to develop a bespoke skill set by selecting from the range of elective modules. It provides recent graduates and experienced professionals with an outstanding opportunity to upgrade their skills in order to enhance their career choices.

IELTS 6.0 with no element below 5.5; or equivalent. The web based distance learning programme is available worldwide. Scholarships are available.
