Candidates would normally hold a UK Honours degree 2:2 or equivalent in a relevant discipline. Candidates not meeting this requirement but who can demonstrate relevant work experience and/or credits from recognised professional bodies, may be eligible to enter this course via the University's Recognition of Prior Learning scheme.

Information for international students

Academic IELTS score of 6.0 (or equivalent) is required, with no element less than 5.5. If you do not meet the English language requirements, you may be eligible for the English for University Study programme. International students who do not meet the academic requirements may be eligible for the International Graduate Diploma programme. Successful completion of this INTO course with the required grades means guaranteed conditional offer of a place on the degree programme at Glasgow Caledonian University.

Fees and funding

The Moffat Scholarship awards support students pursuing a career in the travel, tourism or events industries.. Awards of up to £3,600 are available to students studying on this programme at GCU. Please also see the funding page.
