Entry requirements

UK Honours degree 2:1 (or equivalent) in any degree OR an ordinary degree plus relevant pre-professional experience. Basic knowledge of statistics is required. Some applicants may be required to undertake the online Negotiated Learning Module or may apply via Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

Course content

This accredited programme enables graduates of any discipline the opportunity to obtain an occupational therapy degree at Masters level. It is approved by The Health and Care Professions Council and is accredited by the College of Occupational Therapists and the World Federation of Occupational Therapists.

We aim to produce lifelong learners who will embrace inquiry based learning and engage critically with their studies both in university and in practice. MSc students should leave the programme with a strong professional identity, ability to work inter‐professionally and with the potential to enhance practice development through ability to contribute asinitiators or change agents within organisations

Information for international students

English Language Requirements: IELTS score of 7.0 (or equivalent) with no element below 6.5. If you do not meet the English language requirements, you may be eligible for the English for University Study programme. Scholarships available

Fees and funding

Tuition fees need to be paid to the university however some students are eligible for tuition fee support. The fees and financial support that are relevant to you depend on where you lived before coming to university.
