An honours degree in a subject related to the course, or a good FdSc/HND pass in a relevant subject area together with related industrial or professional experience of at least one year.
Months of entry
Modules cover food processing and quality, food hygiene and food safety, food quality management and assurance, marketing management, supply chain strategy, global marketing management, research methods, and case studies. Masters requires additional research project.
