Course content

This programme is aimed at professional managers, both those already working in the field of 'people management' and those who see their careers developing in that direction. The programme is designed to help managers develop the strategic, functional and personal competences required to meet the increasingly demanding roles of HR, whatever their present level of experience.

Modular basis. 5 compulsory courses (employee resourcing; human resource development; human resource management; managing people in changing contexts; performance management) and 4 elective courses chosen from range of options. Open access entry route available through distance-learning

Information for international students

IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 550 required. Examinations held in over 300 centres in over 130 countries worldwide.
