Course content

The MSc in Marketing is an intellectually challenging programme that equips students with the necessary knowledge of the key concepts, tools and techniques of marketing. The emphasis of the programme is on developing students' ability to apply this knowledge effectively and on producing marketing professionals who can add value to their organisations through their ability to solve marketing problems and make informed decisions in complex and dynamic markets.

You can study this MSc by distance learning, with an Approved Learning Partner, or, for certain courses, on campus in Edinburgh on a 4-day immersion seminar to reinforce your self-study.

Modular basis. 5 compulsory courses (marketing; marketing communications; maketing research; international marketing; consumer behaviour) and 4 elective courses chosen from range of options. Open access entry route available through distance-learning

Information for international students

IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 550 required. Examinations held in over 300 centres in over 130 countries worldwide.
