Course content

What does an organisation want to achieve? How does it go about achieving it? These are the fundamental questions at the heart of strategic planning. This MSc will help you answer them.

In a world of rapid change, organisations that can identify the need for change, design the changes needed and implement these more effectively and efficiently than others are more likely to survive and prosper.

Designed for senior managers – and those who want to become one – this programme requires an understanding and knowledge of key business tools and techniques. It will help managers to develop a strategic understanding beyond their functional speciality.

Modular basis. 5 compulsory courses (competitive strategy; making strategies work; project management; strategic planning; strategic risk management) and 4 elective courses chosen from range of options. Open access entry route available through distance-learning
