Heriot-Watt’s MSc Strategic Project Management is designed and taught by experts in strategy, management and organisational performance and will equip you with the skills needed to become a successful leader in a global project based environment.
Through the development of advanced knowledge and competence in business strategy and project management, graduates are equipped with a skillset attractive to any organisation across industry sectors.
This programme introduces Project Management and Strategic Management to those who have not yet studied the subjects in-depth, making it suitable for individuals with undergraduate degrees from different disciplines such as engineering, construction, business, or finance.
As with all of our MScs, this programme re-introduces the principals of Higher Education to professionals who have been in work for some time and wish to advance their career by acquiring sought after management expertise.
