Entry requirements

•Bachelor's Honours Degree A good first or second class Honours degree (in a cognate or semicognate discipline). •Professional/Corporate Membership Membership of a professional institution in a cognate discipline that normally requires an Honours degree for entry.

Course content

Graduates from the programme will gain the skills necessary to fully realise the potential of facilities management in providing effective and productive environments which meet the needs of today's businesses.

The MSc programme is approved by the RICS. Graduates of the MSc are eligible for direct entry to the RICS APC. Graduates are exempted from the knowledge component of the BIFM qualification. The programme offers a range of core and elective modules and is designed to bridge technical-management interface. Available only at Dubai campus.
