Course content

Humber’s Web Development graduate certificate program focuses on the development of websites and web services for multiple environments including database-driven programming, content management and mobile services.

You’ll work both individually and in teams simulating the real work environment to create commercial websites that apply theories of user-centred design, usability, information architecture, quality assurance testing and responsive design. Project management and presentation skills are key components of the program. Your education will be rounded out through your own experience working on websites that meet business and development requirements.

By the end of the final semester of study, you will develop a personal portfolio of your competencies and have a chance to promote your skills at a portfolio show.
