Technology, communication, customer satisfaction and shareholder requirements are changing very rapidly. In this current environment there is an evident lack of know-how and shortage of human capital.

The current state of the industry requires quality education in Islamic banking and finance in order to provide the knowledge and experience required to meet the need for human capital. Such educational programs foster the creativity and innovation required to tackle some of the existing requirements in the industy. Most importantly, a well-educated talent pool of Islamic banking and finance professionals is a necessary pre-condition for the effectiveness, continuity and prosperity of the IBFI.
