Entry requirements
The candidate student, of Spanish nationality or foreign nationality, must meet the following requirements:
- Be in possession of a Spanish Degree (Bachelor, Architect, Engineer, Diplomate, Technical Architect, Technical Engineer or other title expressly declared equivalent).
- In the case of having a foreign university degree, it is required that this degree accredits a level of education equivalent to the Bachelor's degrees (already indicated above) that allows in the country or State that has issued the Degree to access postgraduate studies in said country.

Course content
This program has been designed to train the lawyer in the field of transnational legal business, in which there are different, or even several jurisdictions, involved. For this, it is based on the knowledge that the legal adviser should have of this transnational, legal and business environment, as well as the jurisdiction of the business agents involved.
