Course content

The department has 4 research and diagnostic laboratories and conducts a wide range of research projects including cell culture, immunohistochemistry, lectin histochemistry, electron microscopy, flow cytometry and molecular biological and biochemical techniques including Northern, Southern and Western blotting, differential display and gene transfer in mammalian cells.

Cell Proliferation and Differentiation in Regeneration and Cancer (Prostatic, Ovarian, Breast and Liver); Differentiation and MUC1 Mucin Expression; Trefoit Factor Function and Receptor Identification
