Entry requirements

Medical graduates with a minimum of 2 years' postgraduate experience in surgery. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate an interest in an aspect of surgery. It would be an advantage, but not essential, for students to already have GMC registration prior to entry. All students will have to obtain full health clearance.

Course content

This course provides the opportunity to learn research methodology by taught lectures and practical research experience, both clinical and laboratory-based, and to acquire experience in your chosen surgical speciality.
