Entry requirements

Pharmacists registered with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain (RPSGB) and who are working full or part-time in Community Pharmacy, Primary Care or Secondary Care. Applicants must have completed the relevant Keele postgraduate Diploma to be eligible for consideration for a place. Applicants who have completed an 'equivalent' postgraduate Diploma with another UK university will also be eligible for consideration.

Course content

The final year of the 3-year MSc taught programme aims to build on the broad range of skills that students acquire at Pg Diploma level, with the emphasis on developing their analytical and critical appraisal skills in relation to published literature and research methodologies to a higher level, and developing generic research skills that they will be able to apply in their area of professional practice.
