Months of entry
Advanced Musical Studies allows students to meet individual goals to pursue a particular interest in musicology, ethnomusicology or composition. Ideal as a step into further research or to develop skills in the media, arts and other related bodies.
Your programme will be formulated to cater for your specific needs on an individual basis. It may comprise either a written project of between 10,000 and 20,000 words on a topic approved by your supervisor, or a substantial composition or group of compositions. This will depend on whether you are following the musicology, ethnomusicology or composition pathways.
