A 2:1/2:2 degree in biological science or above; a qualification in medicine, dentistry, veterinary, pharmacy, nursing, or MIBiol/FIBMS. Affiliation to an Immunology department or similar in a UK university, hospital or similar institution. Overseas applicants need affiliation before applying.
Months of entry
The programme covers basic molecular and cellular immunology; the role of immunological mechanisms in autoimmune, systemic inflammatory, hypersensitivity, infective, immunodeficiency and neoplastic disorders in which the immune system is involved, as well as clinical transplantation and clinical immunology laboratory management; major laboratory techniques of diagnostic medical immunology.
