Course content

This interdisciplinary programme is designed to allow you to undertake sustained and focused study in the disciplines of politics and philosophy. With a number of staff working across Philosophy and Politics, on matters of political philosophy, our programme provides you with a variety of approaches to the study of both Philosophy and Politics

You will take five taught modules each assessed by a 5,000 word essay. The programme culminates in the writing of a 20,000-word dissertation in a subject area of your own choosing.

The programme prepares you for a range of careers from business, to politics, and to non-governmental organisations. It also provides a firm foundation for those looking to pursue academic careers.
