By analysing the major influences affecting the international tourism and hospitality business environments, you will gain a deep-rooted understanding of the issues currently shaping the management of the industries' major corporations.
You will gain a comprehensive knowledge of international tourism and tourist destinations, including the supply chain, how to respond effectively to customer demand and the global forces impacting on sustainable tourism.
If you would like to complement your academic studies with substantial practical experience, you could select the sandwich option and undertake an extended work placement. Previous students have secured placements with companies such as Radisson Hotels and Hilton Hotels & Resorts.
