You should have at least a 2:2 honours degree in a related subject or significant practical work experience of housing, planning, and community development, or professional practice relating to the built environment and neighbourhood well-being. IELTS: 6.0 with no skill below 5.5 (or equivalent).

This course has been designed to help you confront the housing, regeneration and management problems that face leading professionals in this field. You will examine different interpretations of sustainable development and explore neighbourhood planning and community engagement, providing you with the knowledge to plan and deliver your own urban management programmes.
