Course content

The globally accepted ACCA qualification develops accounting knowledge and skills, as well as professional values, which means you can build a successful career as a finance professional in any sector. There is a strong focus on professional values, ethics and governance. This is essential as the profession is moving towards strengthened codes of conduct, regulation and legislation and there is an increased focus on professionalism and ethics in accounting.

The ACCA qualification exam syllabus is divided into two levels – Fundamentals and Professional. All modules are core except two at the Professional level. Each module is studied at a three-hour evening class over a 12-week period. This provides a continuing programme of study leading to the examination. If you have relevant qualifications you will be able to gain exemptions from all or some of the modules up to Professional level.
