You should either have at least a 2:2 honours degree or have three years relevant professional experience at an appropriate level. Alternatively you should be currently working in or have responsibility for staff development and performance enhancement. The English requirement for this course is IELTS 6.0 with no skills below 5.5 or equivalent

Explore the key management concepts, theories and models used in coaching and mentoring.
You will learn to critique and enhance your professional coaching skills through reflexive practice and action learning. You will also hone your understanding of coaching practice to develop your personal coaching profile. You might already be a practising business coach seeking to enhance your coaching methodology and skills, an executive who wants to add coaching to your consultancy portfolio or a human resources director. You will learn to use your skillset and experience to act as a catalyst for positive change in the workplace.
Your supervisor will help you develop your research skills as you carry out an evidence-based research project in your selected coaching field. Areas you might choose to focus on include: ontological coaching, team coaching and developmental coaching.
