Entry requirements

You should have completed a PG Dip in Human Resource Management. If you meet the entry requirements, you will be interviewed and required to attend a pre-course induction session. IELTS: 6.0 with no skill below 5.5 (or equivalent).

If you have already hold a postgraduate diploma in human resource management, this course will allow you to top-up your studies to masters level as you research and write a dissertation on a subject relevant to your organisation. You will gain skills in leadership and problem solving, and you will be able to influence and contribute to the human resource strategies, policies and procedures within any business.

You will be well supported during your studies and you will receive personal tutoring towards your dissertation delivered through a series of research methods workshops. We will also support you as you work in your own time off campus. You will be able to access many of the materials you will need through the Virtual Learning Environment, which will better enable you to fit your learning around your personal and professional commitments.
