Entry requirements

Normally a First Class or Upper Second Class Honours Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Science, or engineering-based discipline. Applications from students who do not hold a 1st or 2:1 Honours Degree (or equivalent) may be asked to demonstrate potential to achieve a Masters award via a sample of academic writing and interview before an offer is made.

Liverpool Hope University’s MSc Computer Science is a research-orientated, academically rigorous programme and is designed to provide a flexible, purposeful and challenging set of coherent modules to meet scientific, industrial and employment challenges in this fast-evolving technological area. The programme offers a mix of compulsory and elective modules, and a research dissertation, so you can focus your skill base and your potential career direction. Depending on the choice of modules and dissertation research, MSc Computer Science students can graduate with either MSc Computer Science or MSc Computer Science (Mobile Computing)
