Entry requirements

You will need:
  • An Honours degree in a relevant subject with a minimum 2:2 classification
  • A professional qualification of equivalent standing and/or such relevant professional experience as deemed appropriate by the Faculty.
Additional information:
  • IELTS English language requirement: 6.5 (minimum 5.5 in each component)
  • RPL is accepted on this programme

Gain professional BIFM qualifications on LJMU's Facilities Management Masters. You can qualify for studying/certified membership of CBIFM.
  • Study on a course accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
