Entry requirements

You will need:

  • Registered Nurse status
  • A minimum 2:1 honours degree in a related subject
  • You must include a Personal Statement, including two references
Evidence of Level 6 or Level 7 study
  • Additional information
  • Ideal for students wishing to undertake further academic studies (such as a PhD)
  • International applicants cannot be considered unless they hold UK NMC registration and a 2:1 in a related subject. Two references required (one employer and one academic)
Where English is not a first language, an IELTS score of 7 must be achieved. A minimum score of 7.0 is required within all components
International students entering on a Student visa cannot study part-time.

International applicants: Currently the MA Nursing Clinical Leadership and MA Nursing Clinical Education degrees are not open to International applicants, however, you may be interested in the MA Nursing or MA Nursing Mental Health programmes.
