Successful applicants need to display: the potential for senior global leadership roles; competencies in the management of people, processes, budgets, resources or projects over a sustained period; a passion for the future of business in Asia and a willingness to help shape that future; strong motivations for doing an MBA; an undergraduate degree; good GMAT score; international exposure; team-working skills; a high standard of written and spoken English, with a TOEFL/IELTS score if applicable.
