Course content

Project management has become the strategic focus of all successful organisations. Project management skills are considered a valuable attribute by employers. Engineering projects are becoming increasingly complex, being undertaken by multi-disciplinary teams who collaborate to achieve project goals. MSc Engineering Project Management introduces you to the complete project management process from developing a business case to planning, scheduling and evaluating project outputs.

The course will cover aspects or engineering project management and is therefore suitable for engineering graduates wishing to develop a career in project management and non-engineers who are expected to manage projects in technology or engineering-related sectors. Individual modules can also be taken by practitioners as part of their CPD.
