Entry requirements
One of the features of the course is the diversity of the student cohort. You may be working in any sector (private, public or not-for-profit) or industry (government, finance, consultancy, private industry, high-tech, retail, hospitality) and organisations of any size (from SME’s to multi-national companies). We welcome students from a variety of background or academic discipline. Academic entry requirements include an undergraduate degree (minimum 2.2) in any subject.
It is anticipated that you will have two year’s work experience, mostly likely within a HR or people management field. We will also consider applicants who are working in a management role outside of HR.
If you lack the required academic qualifications but meet the work experience requirements above you are also eligible to apply as part of the application process you will be asked to complete a written assessment based on a work-related HR issue which will be assessed by the Course Admissions team.

The MSc HRM aims to develop the professional capability of human resource management practitioners through developing a range of skills, knowledge and understanding in Leadership and HR Management, including:
