Entry requirements

Although applicants normally require a first degree (usually at least a 2:2) or HND, in a relevant subject and a minimum of three years post-qualification experience in a relevant field to undertake postgraduate study, we recognise that many people have a wealth of valuable skills and knowledge developed at work or through training. If you have the potential to succeed in postgraduate or post-experience studies, we will consider your application on its individual merits.

Course content

This course will give you the opportunity to learn about the implementation of both international marketing strategy and integrated marketing communications, building on your previous business knowledge.
The course will equip you with the tools necessary to evaluate effectiveness of the marketing communications as well as a deeper knowledge of brand issues. In Semester 2 you will be able to choose from a variety of optional units such as e-Marketing and Marketing Science. These options will support the specialist units which will examine all areas of the marketing communications mix including sales promotion, direct marketing, public relations and advertising.
