Our MSc Data Driven Design programme will enable you to upskill your existing creative and cultural industries knowledge and expertise to include competencies in data science, data analytics and data-driven skills for gaining insights into competitive markets, improving digital products and services, and for effectively communicating data-driven strategies.

Our MSc Data Driven Design programme will provide you with programming skills for data science, advanced data analytics and design approaches for developing digital products and services. As organisations in the creative and cultural sectors increasingly use data in understanding audiences, developing state-of-the-art products and services, and developing strategies for digital innovation, this course will equip you to support organisations in these developments.

This programme is taught at our London campus and is delivered jointly by the Institute for Design Innovation and the School of Design and Creative Arts. As a student in our Institute for Design Innovation you will have the opportunity to work on industry projects as part of your taught modules. These projects will provide you with the experience of working in cross-cultural and interdisciplinary design teams, facilitating the development of skills which are increasingly required by industry. There are also opportunities to work with organisations as part of your major dissertation project. Loughborough University in London typifies Loughborough’s outstanding reputation amongst employers by engaging with businesses and collaborating with industry leaders and the public sector based in the capital.
