Course content

The world is in a global recession. Innovation has been placed at the heart of international policy to drive jobs, growth and recovery but what is the innovation process. How do we best support innovation to catalyse growth and bring renewed prosperity? How do we encourage people to display entrepreneurial behaviour and show them that, with the right resources and attitudes, ideas can be turned into profitable products and services?

This programme analyses the Entrepreneur and the innovation process giving students the opportunity to explore and reflect on the skills needed for success. As well as the ability to set up their own centure, graduates of this programme will also have the skills to progress into large blue chip companies and work in R&D management, developing new products, markets and customer segments.
