This programme is designed to introduce and bring together theories, styles and philosophies of leadership, provide an extensive understanding of business practices, and their practical application in the context of sport.

Developmental themes embedded within the programme relate to team work, sustainability, critical reflection, management development and leadership construction.

This programme provides the foundation for individuals to develop their own leadership philosophy, extend their knowledge of the sport business industry, and critically reflect upon how they can be influential and effective leaders and managers in global sport.
