Entry requirements

You’ll need a UK honours degree – at least a 2:2 – or the international equivalent and at least 1-2 years of HR and/or relevant management experience. We’ll also welcome your application if you don’t have a degree, but you have the equivalent professional qualification or significant relevant management experience.

At the time of commencing the course you must be working in Human Resources or a related area. Overseas applicants will require IELTS with an overall score of 6.5 with no less than 5.5 in any category, or an equivalent accepted English qualification.

Professional development

This part-time course is designed to fit in around your existing commitments. You will be able to conduct your management research report or dissertation with your current employer, allowing you to see how to put theory into practice.

The MSc and PgDip are fully accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Upon successful completion of the course, you’ll achieve an Advanced Level 7 Qualification in HRM and become an Associate Member of the CIPD when you graduate.
