We normally require a second class honours degree or above.
Applicants without a degree who have practical experience in related areas will also be considered, but you will need to demonstrate their ability on the basis of courses already attended, references supplied, a 2,000-word essay and an interview.

This course is for professionals in management positions who want to understand how they can enact strategic organisational change and graduates who aspire to such positions and want to develop their understanding of leadership in organisations.
You will gain knowledge in areas such as leadership studies, management learning and organisational development from academics who have conducted research in organisational development, leadership development and critical perspectives on leadership and practiced in the private, public and third/voluntary sectors.
