a relevant honours degree from a UK University an equivalent award from a European or overseas university. Applicants with other qualifications and relevant professional experience will be considered on merit by the Admissions Tutor.

Course content

The programme is designed for students who wish to pursue a career in housing. It aims to equip students to meet the challenge of leading housing organisations to success.

The programme is informed by current research and practice with a special focus on sustainability. Staff teaching on the programme are mainly housing specialists with close connections to practice.

Successful completion of the taught modules, studied over 2 years, leads to a Postgraduate Diploma. In addition, successful completion of a dissertation in the final year will result in the award of MA.

Accredited by the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) for the purpose of eligibility to apply for Chartered Membership with that body

Information for international students

Students whose first language is not English must be able to demonstrate their ability to study in the English language. Usual entry requires a standard score of 570 in TOEFL or 6.5 IELTS or the equivalent in other tests of English.
