Applicants should normally have a minimum of a lower second class (2:2) honours degree. It is advantageous, but not essential, to be in relevant employment. You also need the enthusiasm and drive to succeed.

This incorporates a wide range of career opportunity such as:
- commercial property management, investment and agency;
- property development;
- commercial management of construction;
- quantity surveying;
- building surveying;
- construction management;
- project management.
It will provide an opportunity for those wishing to commence a career in the built environment sector from a non-cognate base. Employers are seeking out graduates who can provide added value in the form of a non-vocational first degree to go with the vocational Masters qualification. As a result, graduate employment levels are very high.
Information for international students
Students whose first language is not English must have an IELTS score of 6.5 with a minimum score in each component of 5.5. Pearson Academic score of 62 (or above) with a minimum score in each component of Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking of 51.
