Applicants should have a first degree equivalent to a UK undergraduate honours degree (2.2 or above) or other qualification at an equivalent level or be able to provide sufficient evidence of capability to successfully complete a programme of study at Masters level.
Months of entry
This course develops your knowledge and understanding of conceptual frameworks, perspectives and issues associated with the management of human resources, and will enable you to apply a critical and analytical approach in an organisational setting.
The course is approved by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) as meeting the knowledge requirements that are pre-requisite for Chartered Membership or Chartered Fellowship of the CIPD.
