Entry requirements

Normally hold a Mphil, MBA or other Masters-level degree in the feild of business and managment or organisation studies AND Hold, or have held, a post which includes managerial responsibility OR be in a position to observe managerial practice AND Have the potential to conduct research and write a thesis at doctoral level.

The DBA is designed to improve business and managerial practice through the development of personal, intellectual and academic abilities of participants. It has a strong and committed focus on managerial and professional practice and seeks to link the rigorous study of work based problems and issues to personal and professional development, thereby ensuring transfer of learning into organisational and managerial practice.
