Entry requirements

You will need a 2.2 honours degree minimum (or equivalent) UK honours degree, or equivalent, in a subject unrelated, or partially related, to real estate and construction. We welcome mature applicants with non-standard qualifications and relevant work experience. These will be considered on an individual basis.

Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the course is recognised for the quality and relevance of its course content. The course develops the skills you need to become a professional surveyor, providing you with the academic foundation for a career in industry.
This course is designed as a fast-track conversion course for graduates from disciplines unrelated to construction and property management. By studying the course you’ll be on an accredited route into the construction and real estate industries, with the opportunity to progress to chartered surveyor status.
The course focuses on development, planning and valuation, making it particularly appropriate to students wanting to gain an in-depth knowledge into these aspects of the construction and real estate industries. Our reputation in industry means that our graduates are highly regarded by employers, with many going on to work for a wide range of national and international organisations, including VINCI Construction, Cushman & Wakefield and Laing O’Rourke.
