You will need a 2.2 honours degree minimum (or equivalent) UK honours degree, or equivalent, in a subject unrelated, or partially related, to real estate and construction. We welcome mature applicants with non-standard qualifications and relevant work experience. These will be considered on an individual basis.

This course is designed as a fast-track conversion course for graduates from disciplines unrelated to construction and property management. By studying the course you’ll be on an accredited route into the construction and real estate industries, with the opportunity to progress to chartered surveyor status.
