You will explore this specialist arm of real estate, with an emphasis on residential consultancy and agency. You'll examine the nature of the real estate and construction industries and how they contribute to the wider economy, the land use planning systems, real estate development process, and the structure of the residential investment market, alongside related legislation and law.
