Course content

Research Strategies:

Research in Irish and Celtic Studies embraces
all periods of the Irish language and also
focuses on aspects of language and literature
in Scotland and Wales.
There are three primary strands in its current
research - linguistics and translation studies;
textual studies and onomastics - and the unit
maintains a sense of purpose and coherence
through prioritising these three strands in its
postgraduate programmes and in its research
activities.
