Course content

This MA gives students the opportunity to engage with core theories, concepts, issues and debates within contemporary moral, legal and political normative philosophy. In this programme, students will have the opportunity to study and critically examine the key conceptual, moral, legal, and political issues that arise, for example, in the disciplines of meta-ethics, the philosophy of law, institutional design and organisation, children's rights, cosmopolitanism, and just war theory (note that module content may vary from year to year and that this list is not exhaustive).
