Entry requirements

We require an Honours Degree with a minimum 2:1 ideally not in a purely practice based subject (with the exception of Fashion Design or Textiles, which are directly relevant) from a recognised institution. Other equivalent international qualifications as recommended by the National Academic Recognition Centre will be accepted. If you are unsure if your degree subject qualifies, please contact us.

Course content

With this programme, you will gain the professional skills needed for a career in fashion media.

You will learn specific skills relating to writing and will analyse and explore a wide variety of media, including social media, blogging and branded content and print.

You will gain an understanding of both the technical and the creative aspects of fashion design, and of context, history and trends.

You will be taught by staff with experience in all aspects of fashion journalism, and will benefit from guest speakers from the industry.
