Course content

In this live, online masterclass, you will learn how collaboration with external organisations and networks can help you to identify and accelerate the development of new products and services. This might include working with startup companies, universities, existing suppliers or crowdsourcing.

Open innovation contrasts with internally focused approaches to research and development. It encourages you to be more open to ideas from outside your organisation.
