All students are interviewed for pt II of the entrance examination if successful in pt I.
Woven Textiles; Knitted Textiles; Mixed Media Studies; Printed Textiles.
Months of entry
Aimed at training artist-craftsmen or textile artists for the industry. Common course including yarn technology, dye technology and cloth technology, and specialisation in knitted textiles, woven textiles or embroidery. Emphasis on research and personal development. Live projects undertaken working with companies from UK and abroad. Assessment: coursework, oral examination.
Information for international students
High level of understanding of written and spoken English. For funding enquiries contact the British Council in own country.
Fees and funding
UK and EU applicants may apply for DFES bursary if offered a place after interview.
