Entry requirements

An honours degree at 2:2 or higher in a relevant discipline.

Students with industry experience or other professional qualifications will be considered in lieu of an appropriate undergraduate degree.

Whether you’re interested in fashion, beauty, travel, sport, cars or yachts; Solent’s postgraduate luxury brand management programme will equip you with the knowledge and skills required to launch an exciting career.

The course will provide you with an advanced understanding of business management, strategic marketing and creative direction. You’ll work on real project briefs which have been sourced via the course team's close industry links. Projects will give you a range of practical and theory-based skills, all of which are tailored to meet your individual career ambitions.

You’ll graduate with a strong portfolio of real client work, acquired through the course’s industry-focused units, assessments and briefs.

The teaching team's industry links can provide you with a range of contacts at CEO and marketing director level. This presents an excellent opportunity for industry engagement while you are still on the course, and will help you to graduate with a professional network of in-house and agency contacts.

Information for international students

Applicants who do not have English as their first language will be required to demonstrate an approved level of proficiency in the use of the English language. The agreed minimum requirements for this course are:

  • IELTS minimum 6.5 overall with minimum of 6.0 in writing and a minimum of 5.5 in reading, listening and speaking
  • TOEFL IBT 92 with minimum of 22 in writing and a minimum of 19 in reading, listening and speaking
  • or equivalent.
